Royal Arabian cuisine is something to die for. Now the entire World is trying hard to cope up with the pandemic and people are more conscious about life and sustainability. We decided to bring forth a brand which not only gifts you a great Arabian taste but also keeps your safety intact.

Arab cuisine is the cuisine of the Arabs defined as the various regional cuisines spanning the Arab world from the Maghreb to the Fertile Crescent and the Arabian Peninsula. The cuisines are often centuries old and reflect the culture of great trading in spices, herbs, and foods.

The three main regions, also known as the Maghreb, the Fertile Crescent, and the Arabian Peninsula, have many similarities, but also many unique traditions. These cuisines have been influenced by the climate, cultivating possibilities, as well as trading possibilities.

Today we are going to cover the Aazebo- The Royal Arabian Restaurant, located at Telegana. As the name suggests, the place gives you the Royal Arabian vibes with some lip-smacking Arabian delicacies. All the masalas and recipes are made by them and have the unique confluence of both Indian and Arabian flavours gifting an experience to relish for.

Aazebo is the brainchild of the founder who has worked in Dubai for almost 30 years for his passion of cooking and innovating new dishes. This is a family venture leading through generations.

This particular place is pretty famous here in Hyderabad as they have never compromised with their taste and quality. All the recipes and masalas are made at home and are authentic to taste and flavour. The ambiance will give you the perfect Arabian vibe, from the Arabian custom of sitting on the floor with cusions and carpets and relishing the food till adequate lighting and interior to make the look and feel of the place perfect.

Now let’s take a look at the relishing dishes, which one shouldn’t miss by any chance. They have their special Lamb Mandi, which is a must try. Lamb Mandi is a very traditional dish, consisting simply of rice and meat. Mandi is a preparation of lamb (or chicken) and rice, specifically where the method of cooking ensures that the juices of the cooking meat drip into the rice.

Because of this, you barely need to season the rice, it gets so much flavor from the delicious meat. This is a very famous dish of the Gulf area of the Middle East. Not to miss the garnish with caramelised onions, dry fruits and lamb meat. You’re sure to fall for this preparation of fluffy rice cooked at the same time as tender pull apart lamb shoulder, simple, just a little bit exotic and plenty delicious!

Second one in the list is the Shorba (though this was the first dish which one should try chronologically but we are rating here as per recommendations).
Shorba is a kind of soup that is served as a part of many cuisines all over the word. Shorba is derived from the Arabic word Shurbah, which means soup, and it originated in the Middle East. If you try the Shorba at Aazebo, you'll see the perfect blend of Middle Eastern flavours and Indian flavours which is apt for the Indian palate.

To be honest, you'll love it more than the Shorba I tried in Dubai for this blend of flavours, ethnicity and spices.

The third one on this list would be the Grilled Basa Fish, which has the perfect marination to go with Asian Catfish (Basa) and which just melts in the mouth and tastes heavenly. Even the shawarma you get here is so different yet so good.

Shawarma is a dish in Middle Eastern cuisine consisting of meat cut into thin slices, stacked in a cone-like shape, and roasted on a slowly-turning vertical rotisserie or spit.

Originally made of lamb or mutton, today's shawarma may also be chicken, turkey, beef, or veal.Thin slices are shaved off the cooked surface as it continuously rotates.

Shawarma is one of the world's most popular street foods, especially in Egypt, the countries of the Levant and the Arabian Peninsula, and beyond. Succulent meat, great spices and flavours along with the perfect Indian touch would sum up the amazing shawarma you get here.

Now let's go towards the most awaited part, i.e, the desserts. First in the list of the desserts is the Qubani Ka Meetha, which is an authentic Hyderabadi sweet, which you can opt with or without icecream. Khubani is the Urdu term for Apricots. Meetha means sweet. So in English, Khubani ka Meetha translates to apricot sweet or sweet dish made from apricots. The dish is made by apricots with syrup until they assume the consistency of a thick soup or compote. The dessert is topped with blanched almonds or apricot kernels, and is traditionally garnished with malai (extra thick cream, ideally from buffalo milk), but also with custard or ice cream. This is very common in Hyderabadi weddings as well.

Check out their entire menu to know about the amazing and never-ending list of delicacies. They have their outlets in Madhapur and Tolichowki (Hyderabad). So for the people of Hyderabad, you already know where to go . And for the ones, who are traveling, make sure to put this place in your checklist for sure. Drop your comments about what are your favorite picks from the place.

They are also open for franchises but they are very strict about the quality and their dishes so if anyone is willing to take Aazebo as a franchise then the founders of the venture will not only help your staffs get trained but also will help with the supply of the ingredients and will help with delivering the same promising to flavour throughout India.

I have also linked their social media handles (i.e Instagram) so that you can stay updated on the latest offerings and the ongoing offers.
