My Mom’s Love is an emerging brand, which promises wholesome, healthy and tempting snacks. Founded by the mother-son duo Meenal & Dhruv Patodia, this brand is currently chosen by many. After graduating from Bryant University, Dhruv decided to make this hobby his profession. His passion for food made him build the brand over time. As time went by, the brand started gaining an incredibly loyal following. The story doesn’t start or end here. Like most Indian teenagers, Dhruv had an inclination towards sugar coated and fried food. Meenal being the MasterChef of their household made sure to serve them with mouth-watering food. But after a certain period of time, she felt that the family needs to take a healthy path, keeping in mind the health and well-being of the family.
The story of healthy eating started when Meenal planned to channelize her passion for cuisine into her household. She researched a lot about snacking options and found that the marketplace lacks healthy eating options. Little did she or the family know, this was a start of the entrepreneurial journey of a lifetime.

Granola is a relatively new product in the Indian snack market. It has its own small niche within the industry. It seemed to be a good starting point for Meenal to replace highly processed cereals, that her kids munched on after school. A few months of prototyping led to the first flavour for ‘My Mom’s Granola’. Close friends and family tried the granola and loved it! This was when they knew, a business was born.
As expected, the second struggle came in spreading the awareness about health and making people more friendly with the new taste. It started by catering to friends and family, who insisted that this delicious and nutritious snack be enjoyed by everyone! This eventually encouraged her to start it as a business. When the business was reaching manifolds, Meenal’s family planned to be a part of her entrepreneurial journey and spread the magic of her curation across India.
Being a stay-at-home mom for a big part of her life, she struggled a lot initially. She had no idea how Instagram works, she never really knew how to price the Granola and branding didn’t come to her easily. Here is where her children stepped in. They came up with the brand name “My Mom’s Granola” and took over Instagram. Her family kept on contributing their bit to make the business reach to a different avenue. This not only ensures every consumer the bite of healthy taste but also love and care. The dad was the numbers man behind “My Mom’s Granola” to create a structure for the company.
Even though the numbers came from the dad, the recipe was the moms hard work and passion. With no added sugar, preservatives and a number of flavours, “My Mom’s Granola” pioneers a benchmark of health and taste. This has also broken the myth of healthy eating options not being incredibly tasty.
Fast forward a couple of years, we have 3 flavours of delicious gluten-free, preservative-free granola — The Original, Vegan and Cacao Orange. The entire family is proud to be a part of this entrepreneurial journey as it’s a flight of passion, happiness, hope and most importantly, spreading good health.
